BioCure Pharma, LLC is a privately-owned, Virginia-based biotechnology start-up. Founded in July 2007, BioCure Pharma is actively engaged in research through its subsidiaries, InflammoGen LLC and AltruGen LLC.

BioCure Pharma aggressively seeks to establish the appropriate intellectual property and patents, to provide the scientific community and, eventually, the greater public with much-needed alternative treatments.



	InflammoGen, LLC's goal is the development of therapeutic proteins for the treatment of chronic upper respiratory autoimmune disorders, including asthma and other associated diseases. InflammoGen's approach is to understand and directly target the underlying mechanisms of each disease state, and to acheive a comprehensive result. AltruGen LLC's mission is to better understand and develop therapeutic drugs to prevent Radiation Therapy-Induced Fibrosis (RTIF). Through the suppression of fibrotic proteins, such as Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF), fibronectin and colagen type IV, AltruGen intends to eliminate the main dose-limiting factor for radiation therapy cancer patients. By maximizing radiation therapy and eliminating fibrosis, Altrugen can vastly improve post-operative therapy quality of life.

Breakthrough Therapies

BioCure’s main focus is to dramatically improve the quality of life for people suffering from asthma and COPD, as well as radiation therapy-induced fibrosis.

Through novel and innovative drugs, BioCure Pharma will bring much-needed therapeutic alternatives to the scientific community and eventually the greater public. BioCure also intends to pursue its intellectual property in the areas of diabetes and cancer.
